What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative experience. You and only you know what is best for you, but you are probably here because that doesn’t feel true. My work will guide you through questions and exercises designed to shine a light on how you might be holding yourself back. I will help you untangle negative thought patterns, lingering fear, grief or anger, and shine a light on unexplored areas of your inner world that need some attention. I will help you learn how to awaken and listen to your own intuition, trust yourself, and give you the tools to create the life you want and deserve.
